Let The Dog Out 1.0

Most of the loyal Windows XP users, don't like the XP's slow dog enabled search dialog.
Let The Dog Out, is a mini small utility the let you with one click to enable the classic search dialog (like the one in windows 2k) or to restore the annoying dog dialog.
